This dress is beyond stunning!! As always, came packaged very well with its own personal bag although I hang all my dresses, but I did use the bag for my shoes. I did have to have it altered but I have done this with all my dresses as I order size not custom fit - had issues with my one attempt at this so just rather have it altered once its here.

As for customer service, another great experience. If you send a message, you promptly and professionally receive a message back. However, if you have any concerns for your product, send a message IMMEDIATELY. Your needs are specially considered and serviced to the best of their ability.

My daughter wanted a stunning prom dress for a reasonable price. This was a terrific option. She did try on dresses locally so she had a sense for style that she wanted and the lines of the dress. This dress is sophisticated and, as a custom-made item, fits very well. It is a little snug in some spots, so I would suggest adding a little to the measurement of hip to allow for sitting.
