Hi, my prom is next March. I am a US 4 and would like to know if the dresses are genuine cut, or if you would suggest that I get the Size 6 and have it tailored to suit when it arrives. This dress is soooooo beautiful. Id hate to get the measurements wrong. Thanks :)

Would this dress be ideal for me? And I am a size 16 around my bust, but the rest of the body is a size 12, can you make this dress to my shape? How do I measure in that instance? Thanks a lot.
